DIALOGUE

DIALOGUE is an opportunity for aspiring journalists, writers and creatives to gain an introduction to newspaper and magazine journalism. Per Capita Media team, comprised of students and academics at the University of Cambridge, will invite three of the best student writers to join the Per Capita Editorial Team and become a Student Ambassador for the publication.

Students have the opportunity to write 2 articles on areas of their interest, work with Cambridge University Student Mentors with experience in Student Journalism, some of whom have been recognised by the Times and the Sunday Times.

Students, aged 14-18 (currently studying for GCSEs and A Levels, equivalent), will have the opportunity to produce an article within an area of their interest. All students will be mentored by the Per Capita Editorial Team to facilitate the production of an industry-level interview, which will be published by Per Capita at the end of the scheme.

Following a successful launch at the start of Cambridge’s Lent Term in 2024, and after running two cohorts of Dialogue students in 2024 and 2025, Per Capita Media is excited to announce that Dialogue will open for sign-ups in Easter 2026.

Once you have registered for the Programme, you will receive an email with more information on the specifics of the programme. Please email editor@per-capita.co.uk if you have any questions
